  11. I've come across a device which claims to allow me to connect my modem to a digital PABX system. You put this device between the handset and the phone and you plug your modem into the device.

  13. Anyone ever used such a thing ? Did it work ?

  15. Why couldn't I plug my modem into the hanset socket of the phone ?
